With Touchstone Audio Response (formerly TouchTone Teller), you can manage your accounts from anywhere at any hour, using a touch tone phone and your PIN. Simply call (978) 657-6256 or (800) 459-2081 and follow the prompts to perform the following transactions:

Direct Deposit
Direct deposit delivers convenience and security. Paychecks, pension checks, Social Security payments -- almost any check you receive on a regular basis -- can be directly deposited to your credit union accounts. Direct deposit eliminates the need to physically make deposits and removes the worry of checks being lost or delayed in the mail. To get started, contact us or print an application.

Payroll Deduction
Save effortlessly with convenient payroll deduction. When the funds are deposited before you see them, you will be surprised how quickly $10.00 or $20.00 per week can grow. Notary Public
Touchstone FCU offers Free Notary Public service during our regular business hours. If possible, please call ahead to arrange an appointment

Wire Transfers
We will make wire transfers to and from your account anywhere in the world. Requests made by noon will be made the same day. Requests received after noon will be made on the next business day.

There is a fee of $15.00 for incoming and outgoing domestic transfers. The fee for international wires is $25.00 for incoming and $30.00 for outgoing.

Contact Member Services to request a wire transfer. You will need the following information to complete a transaction:

Your account number

Name, address and telephone number of destination bank

Destination bank’s routing and transit number/ABA number (nine digits)

Name and bank account number of the recipient

American Express^® Traveler's Checks and Gift Checks
Members may purchase American Express® Travelers Checks for no fee.

American Express^® Gift Checks are a welcome gift for any occasion and are replaceable if lost or stolen. They are available for a fee of $1.25.

Easy Foreign Currency Exchange
Touchstone FCU offers foreign currency exchange through eZforex.com. Avoid the new 3% surcharge for Visa and MasterCard credit card purchases overseas and avoid inflated exchange rates. All purchases are securely delivered by Travelex and are shipped within 48 hours via UPS after payment clears. More than 100 currencies are available online. Place orders online or at either credit union branch. Currency is shipped directly to you or to the credit union. After your trip, you’ll be able to sell back any foreign currency that you don’t need or use. With eZforex, you pay only the current exchange rate plus shipping.
