Important Information Regarding Home Banking...

As of Wednesday, October 24 when you log into Home Banking you will be required to update your settings to allow for the added security. Login using your Username and Password. (your username is your old user id or account number and the password is your old pin) First you will be asked to review and update your login information (at this point you will now be required to change your login, YOU CAN NO LONGER USE YOUR ACCOUNT/MEMBER NUMBER AS YOUR USERNAME) and strengthen your password (your password will now require you to have a mix of letters, numbers and symbols). Next you will be asked to provide either an email address or a phone number in order to receive a verification code (this code may be sent via an email, a voice mail or a text) (This code will be sent immediately so make sure you use a phone number that your are currently at as the call/text will come immediately and it's only good for 10 minutes) Once you receive the code enter it, hit confirm and then next step. Finally if the computer you are using is one you use on a regular basis we recommend that you check the box that says "Skip identifying myself this way in the future for this computer" (this will allow you to just enter your login and password). These upgrades are for your protection and will now allow you to reset your password if you forget it without having to call the credit union.

If you are experiencing any browser issues, please review the following setting instructions for Safari 6, Firefox 4 and up, IE 8 and 9, Chrome, AOL. Final Note: This process must be repeated on any computer that you use to view home banking so make sure that if you used your office phone to get the code that you log in from your office and go to My Profile (in the top right hand corner) then next to security contacts click update and add a second phone or email or when you try to complete this at home the call will go to your office and you won't recieve the code.

Once you use touchstone@home, our secure and reliable Internet banking and bill payment service, you will wonder how you ever lived without it. It offers three convenient services: Home Banking, Bill Payer, and Funds Transfer.

Home Banking
With Home Banking, you can view your account and loan balances, several months of transaction history, and prior year tax information. You may make transfers between accounts -- including loan payments -- and schedule recurring transfers. Home Banking features are free.

Note: When logging into home banking for the first time, you will first need to change your PIN number (password), next set up your three security questions and save them, and then verify your e-mail address.

Bill Payer
With touchstone @home's online Bill Payer service, it’s easy to make one-time payments or schedule recurring payments for regular bills, and you have many payment options to choose from! Once you have entered Bill Payer, simply click on the payee and then click on payment options to customize your payments! Bill Payer is free!! Funds Transfer
With Touchstone's, touchstone @ home, you can transfer funds between Touchstone FCU and other banking establishments. When using Funds Transfer, you will be required to enter your bank name, account number, and routing number. Some banks may require additional verification before set-up is complete. How to Get Started
To begin using touchstone@home's Home Banking service, contact Member Services for a personal identification number (PIN). With your PIN and account number, you can access touchstone@home and apply for Bill Payer.

schedule payments the same day they are due
view bills (credit card, electric, gas, etc.) right through Bill Payer if the vendor is able to offer bills electronically
set up or delete e-bills
receive email notification of: when a payment is made, when a bill is received, when a scheduled bill is not received, or if you forgot to set up for a payment
