IMPORTANT Visa Card Rewards and Visa Card Rate Information

Visa Rewards Program: As the economy continues to struggle, companies have been faced with hard decisions to be made for the overall interest of the organization. Touchstone FCU regrets to inform you that as of December 31, 2011, we will be ending our Visa Rewards Program, and any existing points will be eliminated on that date. Your loyalty to the Touchstone Visa Card is appreciated, and we are offering a one time credit* to your Visa account in lieu of the points. Credit will be based on your current point level. Visa Credit Card Rate: Effective February 20, 2012, the Touchstone Visa Card rate will increase slightly from a fixed rate of 9.50% APR* to a fixed rate of 10.50% APR*. You have the right to opt out of (not accept) the changes in the APRs by January 15, 2012. For more information about the rate changes, the amendments to your agreement, and your right to opt out, please read this important Notice of Change in Terms to your Visa Card.

Our Visa ATM/Debit card is the ultimate in convenience and purchasing power.

Use it at the ATM.
- You may make five free withdrawals each month at any ATM, without incurring a fee from Touchstone FCU. However, other financial institutions may impose a surcharge. To avoid surcharges from other financial institutions, use ATMs with the SUM logo. Visit the SUM Web site to locate these ATMs. Funds deposited after 5:30 pm will be posted on the next business day
Use it in stores, restaurants, anywhere Visa is accepted. Funds are withdrawn from your checking account

Fraud can hit anytime...but you're protected. Touchstone Federal Credit Union has taken action to protect your Credit Union Visa Check Card from fraudulent activity. We are now providing all Members holding Touchstone Federal Credit Union Visa Check Cards FREE around-the-clock protection against the increasingly savvy perpetrators of Check Card fraud through FraudWatch^® PLUS protection. With FraudWatch^® PLUS, trained analysts watch for suspicious activity on your behalf, 24-7, 365 days a year. An experienced fraud analyst will contact you immediately to verify the authenticity of your card transactions, if warranted.

Important! To ensure effectiveness of service, if you change your home telephone number, notify Touchstone immediately.

More ATM Deposit Locations for You through NYCE ATM Network
ATM deposits are available at various locations throughout the NYCE ATM network. To find a participating ATM near you, go to www.nyce.net/atm_locator/atm_loc.jsp and follow the simple and easy to use program. To avail yourself of ATM Deposit privileges, you must have a Touchstone FCU Checking Account and Debit Card. To apply, click here or stop by the credit union office.

Traveling Out of State?
Visa card holders, if you're planning to travel out of state, please notify the credit union in order to avoid any problems with use of your card. For the safety, security, and peace of mind of our members, we have a security "lock-out" on your credit cards that will not allow you to use the card out of state. This security precaution could freeze your account when you try to use the card unless you've informed us of your plans. On your written request, we can release the "lock-out" feature for as long as you plan to travel.

If you use a bill payer system other than Touchstone's, please be sure the address of your Visa payment is: Touchstone Federal Credit Union, 201 Lowell Street, Wilmington, MA.
If you have lost your credit card or it has been stolen, call 1-866-853-1282.

Easy Account Access - You can view you credit card account activity on the home banking site. Not only will you be able to see your balances and transactions, but you will also be able to make payments on line with a transfer on home banking.

Secured Visa Credit Card
Secured Visa credit cards are available to members who do not qualify for a regular Visa credit card. If you’re establishing credit or wish to repair your credit history, a secured Visa credit card may be the right choice. Members must deposit $500 in a share savings account to secure the credit card.

Credit limit of $500
No annual fee
Low interest rate of 10.5% APR*
After six months of on-time payment, the amount required to secure the account may be reduced to $250.
After 12 months of on-time payments, the secured card may become an unsecured Visa credit card.
